Metallica's Hardwired World Tour
Hardwired World Tour🎸
Everything about it was perfect, the lighting, the stage, the screens they had drop down, and the other bits of equipment they used to bring it all together. One of my favourite parts of the show was when they performed Moth Into Flame, because they had so many drones with lights flying around the stage, to mimic real life moths, it was surreal.

The amount of effort that went into each song was amazing, and it made for not only great music to listen to, but also an entertaining show to enjoy, the visuals were unlike anything I'd seen before at a metal gig. Hats off to Metallica for their consistent efforts and surprises they give their audience.

We were sat pretty close to the stage, just behind the people that were standing, the majority of people in the arena were in seating, but not once during their 2 hour set list did myself or anyone else sit down. The atmosphere was constant and the whole room was on the same wave length.

All four members would play on every inch of the stage so all the audience could see them, even Lars's drum kit was turned around after every few songs.

Another part of the night that stood out to me was the tribute to the Manchester attack victims, Rob and Kirk played 'Don't Look Back in Anger', and had the whole audience singing, it was a kindhearted homage to the people that lost their lives there a few months earlier.

At one point these four huge blocks/drums rose up from the stage and all the members one by one, started to play on these drums which was very unique, but it was so good!
It sounded almost tribal and very un-Metallica like, but they did a great job of it and it made the whole room just absolutely buzzed. Huge thank you to James, Lars, Rob and Kirk for putting on an incredible performance.
Everything about the show was outstanding, all members of the band were just on point with every note they played, and it was phenomenal, I could listen to them play for hours and hours. It was the one concert of the whole year I was most excited for, because they never fail to disappoint, and also it gives me the chance to look as metal as I possibly can, my patch jacket comes out and my Doc's go on and I feel awesome! The whole vibe of the night was pure joy, everyone was loving it, and I can't wait to see them again soon...hopefully. ♬
